What you will be doing:
- Prepare Pharmacy Margin Analysis weekly, identify non-compliance and track prior weeks for correction if required. Follow up with any variances.
- Prepare various analytical reports on sales and related information using spreadsheet server. Front shop and PFS recs.
- Prepare General Ledger reconciliation for assigned accounts to ensure balance reconciles to subledgers or control accounts. Review aged balances and report any potential risks.
- Prepare weekly aging reports for Store Deposits, identify areas of possible risk based on aging and work with staff to action or report to reduce risk of loss. Matching of tenders. AR application.
- Prepare manual claim accruals and invoices. Review balances and follow up with stores.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC
How you will Succeed:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, English or relevant field
- 3-5 years’ experience retail store experience and/ retail corporate support
- Ability to take initiative, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment requiring minimal direction
- Detail oriented, with the ability to conceptualize and document processes
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat & InDesign
