You will have worked in a transferable or similar organization previously (such as another not for profit). You will have proven experience of fostering good relationships with staff and the union/union members is key. You will have a level of education in HR, Business Administration or Commerce along with at least 3 years of senior/progressive HR experience, demonstrating responsibility in functional areas of HR and a unionized environment, including knowledge of collective agreements and collective bargaining. What you'll get in return

To work for an incredibly inclusive company that gives back to the local community and work for a wonderful Executive Director who has been with the organization 9 years. They pay a competitive salary, have 4 weeks' vacation to start, and then you would get every 3rd Friday off on top of that.
