Job Description:

We are looking for a CyberSecurity OCM Consultant to join the team at Humana Inc. This role focuses on the people side of change and will be responsible for guiding the adoption of changes in processes, systems, and technology within the cybersecurity domain. As an OCM Consultant, you will partner with leadership to drive the adoption and effective utilization of cybersecurity strategic priorities, ensuring successful realization of value and outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and implementing organizational change management (OCM) strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Coaching and supporting leaders to serve as organizational change agents.
  • Provide consultative expertise to project teams and integrate OCM activities into project plans.
  • Building cross-functional relationships across all levels and driving initiatives within a matrixed environment.
  • Leading cybersecurity changes from start to finish, using existing tools and processes.
  • Performing independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues related to job duties and tasks.
  • Creating change deliverables such as training, articles, and communications for stakeholders.

You will be working in a high-complexity environment, and this role demands a combination of strong cybersecurity knowledge, experience in OCM, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as an Organization Change Management (OCM) Consultant/Lead.
  • 3+ years of technical experience in the Cyber Security field.
  • Experience working closely with large Cyber Security technology teams with enterprise-wide impact.
  • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
  • PROSCI-Certified Change Management Practitioner .

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in a technical field.
  • Certifications such as CISM , CISSP , CEH , or similar.
