Position Overview

This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a background in IT solutions, a passion for client success, and a drive to exceed revenue targets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and working closely with our technical teams to provide tailored IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry insights.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and aligning them with Nicom IT's solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and support staff, to ensure seamless delivery of IT services and solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position Nicom IT's services.
- Prepare and present proposals, lead contract negotiations, and close high-value deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or business development, preferably in managed IT services.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting.
