Your job:
Support new teams with the necessary documentation and act as a subject matter expert.
Coordinate the account opening process during integrations (onboardings).
Provide training and participate in documentary expert calls to support recently integrated teams.
Analyze complex issues related to operations while identifying associated risks.
Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
