Job Description: Module Specialist
- Integration

**Job Summary**:
**Duties include, but not limited to**:

- Provide operational support and execution alignment on behalf Integration Manager
- Accountable to identify, evaluate, and implement a Best in Class methods and procedures for Integration/Kitting Processes,.
- Accountable for oversight of the tactical operation and execution of the Integration processes and associated operations task and all related parameters, including:

- Coordinating with the respective supervisors/managers to ensure staffing alignment and adjusting rapidly to changes in business requirements
- Ensuring compliance to the Integration/Kitting process and schedule timelines
- Interfaces with Customer Programs, Supply Chain and other business critical teams to align deliverables in order to achieve production and other critical milestones related production
- Accountable for the reporting and communication of daily synopsis relating to Integration and providing guidance to the work teams within Integration to ensure customer and operational centric solutions
- Primary point of contact for Integration/Kitting for internal customers requirements, including
- Liaison between work-flow team members and customer service teams as it relates to the logistics flow, in tandem with the logistics and warehousing team
- Acting as key POC at daily production and management meetings
- Accountable for issue identification and recommended resolutions that adhere to the production and financial requirements
- Ensuring communication open and consistent across the system
- Assuring involvement of the area supervisor/manager if additional resources (tools, people etc) or support are required to complete tasks, including proposing solutions based on risks and requirements
- Ensuring airworthiness and safety policies, processes and standards

**Qualifications**:

- Strong team player and effective communicator with proven skills in a matrix organization
- Ability to directly interface with Customers and External Stakeholders in a professional manner
- Demonstrated Knowledge of Engine MRO Workflows and Processes, including
- Operation centric Strip, Repair and Build cycles
- Material Flow Process (Purchasing, Repair, Exchanges, Kitting etc)
- Logistics/Warehousing Process (Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Controls, Kitting etc)
- Organized and focused on both results and processes
- Mentor and facilitate relationships amongst working teams
- Ability to multi-task business expectations in a very dynamic environment
- Bilingualism required (French & English)
- 10+ Years of Engine MRO, Logistics and Warehousing Knowledge a key asset
- Proficient in Business Software such as MS Office and other productivity tools

**Desired Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of Jet Engine MRO, including CFM56, CF34 & CF6
- Solid understanding of material interchangeability and intermixing processes
- Ability to identify PMA and DER criteria amongst hardware
- Understanding of MRO ERP Systems (Quantum, Trax etc)
- Understanding of Controlled Goods and handling of Controlled Goods Material
