**YOUR ROLE**:
What kind of impact will you have as a Research Associate at ÉTS?

Daily tasks:

- Oversee research activities related to the project in an autonomous manner. As a Research Associate, autonomy becomes an essential catalyst, stimulating creative potential and allowing for unfettered exploration, with this type of independence leading to discoveries that result in significant contributions to the advancement of knowledge.
- Coordinate the research team. You will be Ghyslain Gagnon’s second in charge for the project, responsible for organizing the activities of the research team that comprises graduate and post-graduate students and post-doctoral fellows.
- Collaborate with the industrial partner. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining an effective and productive network with the industrial partner in order to help achieve the project objectives.
- Take part in administrative management related to the project. You will oversee administrative and financial monitoring involving internal stakeholders or administrative units and partners or funding agencies.
- Assume responsibility for keeping your knowledge up to date and staying abreast of new opportunities related to the project. You will take part in seminars and conferences and keep up with scientific literature related to your area of expertise.

Education
- Hold a PhD in Engineering.

Experience
- Research and project management experience.

- Writing and communication skills.

Expertise in several of the following areas:

- CMOS integrated circuits;
- Microelectronics;
- Quantum tunnel junctions;

- Mixed-signal processing.
