At Levitate, we’re on a mission to make a real impact - for our customers, our team, and the world around us. We believe the best work comes from people who are curious, driven, and excited to grow. Our five core values guide everything we do, and we look for teammates who embody the traits that make those values come to life: Creating Magic ✨ You have the persistence and grit to turn ambitious ideas into remarkable outcomes. Showing Customer Empathy ❤️ You bring humble confidence, listening deeply, and putting customers first. Making Data-Driven Decisions You pair creativity with insights to make smarter, faster choices. Focusing on Solutions, Not Problems You approach challenges with positivity and critical thinking, always looking for the way forward. Making Small Improvements Every Day You embrace coachability and lean into discomfort to grow, improve, and drive lasting change. Here, you won’t just do a job, you’ll help create meaningful experiences, solve real problems, and shape the future of our company. We’re looking for a results-driven Ads Specialist to help our clients grow through smart strategy, hands‑on execution, and clear reporting. This role is primarily focused on Google Ads (Search and related campaign types), with opportunities to support Google Local Services Ads (LSA) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads as a bonus. You’ll manage and optimize a high volume of accounts, spot performance trends early, and drive consistent month‑over‑month improvements. Key Responsibilities Google Ads Management (Primary) Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple clients (Search-first; expand into other campaign types when it makes sense). Handle keyword research, campaign structure, ad copy testing, bidding/budget management, and ongoing performance optimization. Monitor core metrics (leads, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS where applicable) and make data-driven adjustments to improve results. Tracking, Reporting & Insights Ensure conversions are tracked properly (calls, forms, bookings, etc.) and troubleshoot when performance data looks off. Deliver clear, consistent reporting—what happened, why it happened, and what you’re changing next. Identify patterns across accounts and apply wins repeatably. Account Monitoring & Optimization at Scale Track performance across a large portfolio of client accounts. Proactively flag underperforming campaigns, diagnose issues, and recommend fixes to drive steady gains over time. Client Communication Act as a confident, calm marketing partner—explaining results in plain language and setting clear expectations. Share recommendations and strategic next steps with a client-first mindset. Bonus Channels (Nice to Have) Google Local Services Ads (LSA): Support setup, verification, optimization, and ongoing performance improvements. Meta Ads: Help create, manage, and optimize Facebook/Instagram campaigns when needed. Requirements Proven experience managing Google Ads with measurable performance improvements. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (you’ll be juggling a lot of moving parts). Comfortable analyzing performance data at scale and translating it into clear action steps. Strong communication skills—especially when explaining results to clients. Working knowledge of key marketing tools and dashboards (and the curiosity to dig in and troubleshoot). Basic creative skills are a plus (e.g., Canva) for occasional ad assets or quick visuals. Bonus Points Experience with Google LSA setup and performance management. Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaign management. Google Ads certifications (or willingness to earn them). Experience improving lead quality (not just lead volume).
