Who are you? You are a true-blue TA Partner technical recruiter and in this position, you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with our Product Development and Product Management leaders and directly support Absorb’s growth

You love to learn (after all, we are in the business of learning), have an eye for talent, are resourceful, and easily make connections with candidates to build trust and relationships. Ideally you'll have experience with SaaS recruiting, and you definitely have a leg up if you are the kind of person who can analyze data to identify key talent acquisition metrics.

  • Build and nurture pipelines of candidates: Our Product & Technology teams are consistently hiring, so a key aspect of this role is partnering with our hiring managers to develop strategies to find qualified, diverse candidates for a variety of technical positions. Commonly assigned req's include Frontend, Backend, & Full Stack Developers; Machine Learning Developers; Product Managers & other related roles. You’ll build talent networks through proactive market research, outreach, and a focus on the candidate experience
  • Utilize your established headhunting strategies and talent pipeline to target top candidates for harder to fill technical roles
  • Understand individual business unit’s strategic goals and identify Talent Attraction strategies required for achievement of goals
  • Act as an external Brand Ambassador networking and sourcing to ensure proactive development of talent pipelines (inventory of talent) aligning, people, skills, and leadership competencies to ensure we get the right people at the right time for the right position
  • Represent Absorb on Social Media Channels for the purposes of driving Employer Branding and Talent Attraction
  • Partner with leaders to develop and action strategies to incorporate core competencies and ensure comprehensive interview assessments
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment related programs, policies, and recruitment best practices to keep the hiring leads, prospective candidates and the organization informed of new developments including in AI and key market trends

What you need to do it:

  • 3-5+ years’ of corporate (in-house) full cycle talent acquisition experience recruiting for technical positions within the SaaS or tech industry as a TA Partner
  • Hands-on experience in recruiting diverse talent across various regions, with a particular focus on the APAC (Australia), EMEA & North American markets
  • Post secondary degree or diploma, preferably with focus on Business/Human Resources or work-related experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Solid experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for direct sourcing passive candidates
  • Demonstrated experience partnering closely with business leaders to develop strong relationships, provide superior service, effectively manage expectations, and deliver an elevated candidate experience
  • Demonstrated experience in creating recruitment strategies tied to the identification of skills gaps and business needs for the role(s)
  • Experience in compensation evaluations and negotiations
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and experience leveraging technology to create effective processes, efficiencies, and metrics
