As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead our recruitment and hiring process, attracting qualified candidates who align with our values and possess the necessary skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Partner with Sr. Coordinator, People & Culture to create and post job descriptions
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
  • Manage applicant tracking system for a smooth recruitment process
  • Negotiate job offers and assist in onboarding new hires
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to enhance hiring efficiency
  • Build relationships with recruitment agencies and talent sources
  • Stay updated on industry trends in talent acquisition

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in high volume recruitment
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills for building relationships
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR technologies
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
