As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will have a vital role in attracting and recruiting top talent with a focus on enhancing our culture with each new team member.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate end-to-end recruitment aligned with business goals.
This is a chance to contribute to establishing and molding a recruitment function and supporting the growing People & Culture team.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business, leading the entire recruitment process from initial meeting to candidate acceptance for a variety of roles, including key strategic leadership positions.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure candidate profiles match position specifications and core competencies.
- Support talent mapping exercises and tailor the recruitment approach to develop the best strategy for each search, which may involve direct sourcing, networking, and research.
- Maintain detailed recruitment records and files on interviewed or screened candidates.
- Build robust talent pipelines with a focus on engaging and attracting both passive and active candidates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns related to employer branding and culture.
- Lead various People & Culture projects related to recruitment, including tooling rollouts, hiring manager training, talent branding, DEIB, process enhancement, candidate attraction, and more.
- Data-driven and enthusiastic about optimizing the recruitment process to create a remarkable candidate experience.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers.
- Show a track record of launching successful recruitment programs and initiatives that have improved talent acquisition outcomes.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and eager to establish new processes for improvement.
- Passionate about employer branding and recognizing the importance of fostering a strong company culture.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume recruitment, including agency or in-house recruitment with a focus on technology scale-up and diverse organizations.
Your experience encompasses strategic sourcing, social media outreach (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook groups), utilizing network contacts of Hiring Managers and Employees, and other innovative sources.
- Advanced knowledge of a modern ATS and the ability to fully leverage the system.
- Understand the value of sharing your experience and can engage methodologies with your Team Members and Hiring Managers to support efficient recruitment strategies.
- Capable of partnering with senior executives and front-line Hiring Managers to ensure the best fit for the position.
- Excited about diving into projects and initiatives that will support business and functional scalability.
- Experience in rolling out tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems, especially if experienced with Lever.
- Understanding of the HR/FINtech world, payroll and benefits industry, and banking sector.
- Strong network support.
- Proficient in written communication skills in a second language (Spanish and/or French preferred).

You should have access to a secure high-speed internet connection and a private workspace to ensure data security.
