About The Role


We’re looking for a GTM Recruiting Team Lead to spearhead the growth of our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams in North and South America.

In this role, you’ll partner with Fundraise Up leadership to double our GTM headcount next year. You’ll lead the development and execution of innovative recruiting strategies, manage a high-performing team of recruiters, optimize the hiring process, and ensure a smooth candidate experience to build a world-class team that drives revenue and scales our business.


Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic Recruitment Leadership : Design and own the end-to-end recruiting strategy for GTM roles. Act as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership and hiring managers.
  • Pipeline Building : Attract, and engage top-tier talent through creative sourcing strategies to ensure timely closure of priority roles.
  • Process and Data Excellence : Build and continuously improve scalable, efficient hiring processes. Leverage recruiting metrics and analytics to track performance, and identify bottlenecks to ensure your team meets extensive hiring goals while maintaining candidate quality.
  • Employer Branding : Champion Fundraise Up mission and values, positioning the company as an employer of choice in the technology market and delivering a compelling candidate experience.
  • Recruiting Team Management and Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-cycle GTM recruiters, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and development.


Skills And Qualifications


  • Experience : 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of hiring GTM roles (SDRs, BDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) in the US, EU, and LatAm markets in high-growth environments.
  • Leadership : 2+ years of experience managing and coaching remote recruiting teams, helping direct reports reach their full potential and achieve business goals.
  • Strategic Acumen : Ability to balance immediate hiring demands with long-term, scalable solutions and business priorities.
  • Adaptability : Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with shifting priorities and ambitious targets.
  • Communicator : Ability to proactively build trusted partnerships across the organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates, inspire teams, and align stakeholders.
  • Tools Proficiency : Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Languages : Fluency in English and Russian is required.
