Carter Brothers Ltd. is a medium sized company located throughout New Brunswick. We are a leading contractor in the power and communications line construction industry, providing services for a variety of clients. We are currently looking for a motivated HR administrator to join our Moncton team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator at Carter Brothers Ltd in Moncton, NB. The role involves managing employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed. Human Resources Administrator will work closely with Health and safety department.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with HR software and systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
