**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Post job ads on various platforms and screen resumes.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees.

**Payroll Management**:

- Process payroll accurately and on time using Payworks.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

**HR Administration**:

- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Administer benefits and handle employee relations.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

**Technology Proficiency**:

- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for various HR tasks.
- Manage and organize documents and information on SharePoint.
- Effectively use Payworks for payroll processing and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Payworks.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $44,593.58-$79,649.31 per year
