- 6+ Years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant and Project Coordinator.
- Strong Communication and Requirement Gathering Skills.
- Ability to do gap fit Analysis and provide suggestion on the design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into tailored CRM solutions.
- Provide ongoing user support by addressing queries and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
- Lead and mentor the team, demonstrating strong leadership qualities to ensure high performance and development.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, addressing their concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Foster both client satisfaction and team morale, balancing both effectively.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Manage project resources to meet deadlines and deliverables, ensuring optimal use of time and effort.
- Extensive experience in upgrading Dynamics 365 CE from on-premises to online environments, including data migration and system deployment.
- Experience of working with complex integrations.
- Proven track record of leading and managing Dynamics 365 projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service and Project Operations.
- Hands-on experience with configuration, customization, integration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Skilled in managing the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and post-deployment

- Proficient in using Microsoft Copilot for AI-driven insights and natural language processing
- Skilled in Azure services integration and ensuring data security and compliance

- Strong UX design and customization skills, including custom plugins and workflows
- Knowledgeable in Agile project management and effective stakeholder management
- Capable of delivering end-user training and leading change management initiatives
- Industry-specific experience in tailoring Dynamics 365 CE solutions
- Optional certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, etc.
