Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Specialist

We are excited to invite a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Specialist to join our growing Microsoft Business Applications practice at Power x 365. If you're passionate about harnessing customer data to drive actionable insights and improve business outcomes, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to create unified customer profiles and audience segments that drive data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement customer journeys using real-time, event-driven data.
- Maximize out-of-the-box functionality to meet business requirements with pre-defined configurations and solutions.
- Convert customer data into actionable insights that fuel marketing strategies and key business decisions.
- Provide training and support to end-users, empowering them to fully utilize the platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer engagement strategies and business goals.
- ~3+ years of experience in customer insights, CRM systems, or similar roles, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365.
- ~ Demonstrated expertise with Power Platform and the following Dynamics 365 modules: Customer Insights (Marketing) and Sales.
- ~ Exceptional analytical skills with hands-on experience in audience segmentation and data analytics.
- ~ Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- ~ Clear communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- ~ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
- ~ A strong marketing background with experience in designing outbound campaigns.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and its integration with Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of CASL and other compliance standards related to customer data management and outreach regulation.
