About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Technical Consultant to join our Data & Dynamics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions that exceed business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support D365 Customer Engagement portfolio by working with customers and internal stakeholders to define customer solutions and deliver engagements.
  • Develop new features, enhancements, and bug fixes in D365 CRM/CE.
  • Own Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development pipeline.
  • Provide technical solutions in the form of software products, customizations, and integrations to meet business needs within D365 CRM.
  • Promote the reusability of technical components and the adoption of standard functionalities.
  • Maintain D365 critical technical documentation up to date.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Power Platform Development.
  • Experience with development of Azure logic apps and Azure functions and Power BI development.
  • Experience with API or REST services integrations.
  • Understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sources.
  • Willingness to learn latest Microsoft enterprise cloud technologies.
  • Good working knowledge of.Net, C#, asp.Net, MVC, JavaScript, SSL, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with installation and configuration of data gateways.
