Reporting to the Vice President, MMD Mineral Sizing, the Technical Sales Manager - Mining/Aggregate will work closely with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and achieve sales targets. With Canada’s mining industry ranking among the world’s top producers of aluminum, diamonds, gold and uranium, this sales leader will be busy fostering new and existing accounts and taking over market share across Canada. To learn more about the MMD Sizing, visit their website at: Responsibilities Develop comprehensive sales strategies to promote MMD's products and services in the mining, quarrying, and recycling industries. Schedule regular meetings with customers and site visits to track preferences of customers to focus sales efforts. Provide strategic business support and leadership, ensuring sound execution of growth and strategic initiatives, while identifying new expansion initiatives and opportunities. Identify, develop and maintain relationships with client executives, key decision makers and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with MMD's products and services. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Work closely with the Canadian operations and international sales team to participate in trade shows and events, collaborate on marketing material and support marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving sales. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators, sales trends, and areas for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering; mechanical engineering an asset. 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles.
