Technical Sales Representative

**Demir Engineering Ltd., provides engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services to various industries, including mining, metallurgy, oil and gas, infrastructure, and other industrial customers for “Asset Management and Maintenance Services”.**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Support**:
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address technical inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent post-sales support and maintaining a positive customer experience.
**2. Technical Expertise**:
- Develop a deep understanding of our target markets and service offerings.
- Communicate technical information to customers in a clear and compelling manner.
- Collaborate with the technical team to stay informed about product updates and enhancements.
- Digital marketing including updating and maintaining the website, social media, and other relevant activities.
**3. Sales and Customer Engagement**:
- Identify and target potential customers, understanding their needs and pain points.
- Accompany technical team onsite to perform reverse engineering services, showcase technical capabilities and advantages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and responsiveness.
**4. Market Research**:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to the technical and quality teams based on customer interactions and market insights.
**5. Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to overall sales success.
- Attend or exhibit domestic and international trade shows/job sites.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial or commercial fields.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Strong understanding of technical products or services and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Canadian Passport and ability to travel internationally.
