What makes this role exciting Structured 6‑month training program with both internal and external courses Learn directly from experienced sales and technical professionals Gain deep technical knowledge while building confidence in customer conversations No previous sales experience required — just the right attitude and ambition What you’ll learn and do Understand technical applications, design concepts, materials, and regulatory requirements Learn how to match customer needs with innovative technical solutions Identify and engage new customers who can benefit from the company’s products Educate clients on the value and advantages of the company’s technology Build strong, long‑term relationships based on trust and technical understanding Collaborate with a supportive team to set and achieve challenging goals What we’re looking for Recent graduate from a technical program (Mechanical, Industrial, or similar) or 1–3 years in a technical environment Outgoing, energetic, and confident communicator Genuine interest in technology and problem‑solving Motivated to learn, grow, and build a career in technical sales Compensation and benefits $50,000 base salary Performance bonus Car allowance Health Spending Account Remuneration Remuneration will consist of a base salary of $50K in addition to bonus, car allowance and health spending account #J-18808-Ljbffr
