We are looking for a Human Resources Technician to join our teamAre you self-reliant, discreet and concerned about the well-being of other employees? Maintain and update manual and computerized filing and recording systems, and compile and write reports and documents related to the department's activities;
Inform employees, customers and suppliers about human resources functions;
Complete, verify and process forms and documents required for benefits administration, such as pension, leave, employment insurance and health insurance;
Update employee attendance, leave and overtime records to ensure compensation and benefits entitlement, using computerized systems;
Time tracking for hourly employees;
All other related tasks

D.E.C. in administrative techniques or related discipline;
Minimum 3 years' experience in a human resources department;
Experience in payroll processing;
Experience in a manufacturing environment;
Knowledge of DayForce, Kronos and Oracle software;
Bilingual French-English spoken, read and written, essential to respond to our English-speaking employees and correspond with our corporation in the United States;
You are proficient in the Office suite and have a facility for learning new software;
You are versatile and flexible in your work.
