We are looking for a

Human Resources Technician

to join our team

Are you self-reliant, discreet and concerned about the well-being of other employees? Are you known for your rigour, positive attitude and organizational skills, and do you have experience in preparing and running a payroll cycle? This job is for you

Your responsibilities

Maintain and update manual and computerized filing and recording systems, and compile and write reports and documents related to the department's activities;

Inform employees, customers and suppliers about human resources functions;

Complete, verify and process forms and documents required for benefits administration, such as pension, leave, employment insurance and health insurance;

Update employee attendance, leave and overtime records to ensure compensation and benefits entitlement, using computerized systems;

Time tracking for hourly employees;

All other related tasks

D.E.C. in administrative techniques or related discipline;

Minimum 3 years' experience in a human resources department;

Experience in payroll processing;

Experience in a manufacturing environment;

Knowledge of DayForce, Kronos and Oracle software;

Bilingual French-English spoken, read and written, essential to respond to our English-speaking employees and correspond with our corporation in the United States;

You are proficient in the Office suite and have a facility for learning new software;

You are versatile and flexible in your work.
