Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Representative with previous experiences in HVAC-related markets to develop and manage new and existing client relationships across Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in industrial products, with a proven track record of B2B success. You will focus on promoting our polypropylene fans and building relationships in key industries, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities within the Canadian market.
- Establish, maintain, and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Cold calling, lead generation, and converting leads into qualified sales.
- Work closely with the senior sales team to manage client expectations and ensure smooth order processing.
- Provide customers with technical expertise on polypropylene fans and their applications.
- Manage CRM records and ensure they are kept up-to-date with sales activities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Represent Plastec at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing to assist in creating promotional content and strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial or technical products.
- Technical knowledge of industrial fans or ventilation systems is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain product specifications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to travel within Canada as needed.
