We are currently seeking a proactive, motivated, and goal-oriented Outside Technical Sales Representative to join our team. Your primary goal will be to drive sales in your assigned territory by nurturing existing customer relationships and expanding our business partnerships. With a strong focus on the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Western Ontario, you’ll seek out new opportunities and solidify The JW Corporation’s position as the go-to resource for our clients.

Success in this role hinges on your ability to cultivate and maintain relationships. **Main Responsibilities**:

- _**Sales Growth**:_ Drive sales growth within assigned territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
- _**Customer Relationship Management**:_ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
- _**Market Research**:_ Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand market trends, and gather competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- _**Product Knowledge**:_Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and value propositions, to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.\
- _**Sales Planning**:_Develop and implement strategic sales plans and tactics to achieve sales targets and objectives, including identifying key accounts, setting sales goals, and tracking progress.
- _**Pipeline Management**:_ Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and conversion, using CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and opportunities.
- _**Sales Presentations**:_ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our solutions and services by addressing client needs and objectives.

**Required Profile**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, technical degree in electronics or related field, or a combination of both
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
