Reporting to the CSEO, the VP, Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy to drive growth, enhance brand recognition, and ensure a competitive market presence. The VP, Marketing will oversee all marketing initiatives, including brand management, digital marketing, market research and communications. They will work closely with other members of the Wolf leadership team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies including social media, SEO, email marketing and content marketing. Oversee the creation of marketing plans, campaigns and budgets.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the marketing team.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials, across all subsidiaries of Wolf.
  • Enhance the brand’s image and reputation through effective brand management practices
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of Wolf brand guidelines.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive tradeshow strategy aligned with the company’s marketing and business goals.
  • Identify key tradeshows and industry events that align with target markets and business objectives.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, brand exposure and ROI for each tradeshow.
  • Oversee staff responsible for the management of the end-to-end process of tradeshow participation, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Oversee the company’s online presence including the website management and online advertising.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to ensure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and to make decisions about marketing decisions and strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, product and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain the marketing budget.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a Related Field (MBA is preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in a senior marketing leadership role (10+ years preferred).
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Experience leading marketing initiatives for a technology or military/aerospace company is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management and market research.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in planning, organizing, and executing successful tradeshows and industry events.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex business problems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
