**Position Title**: Project Manager

**Reports to**: Vice President, & President

**Job Summary**: The Project Manager is responsible for managing all commercial and high-rise projects. This entails the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope. The Project Manager is responsible for working closely with the Operations teams to oversee all aspects of the projects including ensuring effective communication is accomplished when setting proper manpower requirements and assessment of those requirements throughout the life cycle of the project. Setting project milestone completions, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing of project progress is a major component of this job. This work is done utilizing CIWs software programs.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Manage client relations, inclusive of prompt response to all requests project details and for scheduling of services;
- Based on site conditions and project requirements, provide technical support requirements to provide a full contract service solution to the client;
- Liaise with engineering and estimating staff to ensure prompt and professional preparation of estimates, engineered plans and budgets with a defined scope of work;
- Liaise with operations teams to maintain open lines of communication on project progress; identify where necessary if on site issues arise with original scope and capitalize where necessary, on extras to original scope of work;
- Ensure all new contracts are reviewed, formalized, and scheduled accordingly;
- Oversee and manage all deliverables successfully in our scope of work, and immediately formalize any scope changes required; continual follow up with scope changes and approvals to proceed with scope changes;
- Attend site meetings with clients related to all new project opportunities, as well all progress meetings throughout life of contract;
- Work and communicate regularly with a project team of engineers, estimators, operations teams, client and consultants;
- Maintain and organize project files, production tracking, and summary of project invoicing.
- Always works in compliance with CIW’s Health and Safety Program, and Occupational Health & Safety acts and regulations, and use personal protective equipment and clothing as directed by CIW when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in structural steel management. engineering or related
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction and project management
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Good with numbers
- Requires a valid driver’s license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
