Job Description:

Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and optimizing the performance of the Work Fusion platform within an organization.
  • Configuring and maintaining the UiPath Bots/ WF hubs/servers and machine learning models that drive automation on the platform.
  • Working on platform setup for migration projects including WF9 to WF10.
  • Checking on vulnerabilities and helping to resolve those.
  • Responsible for day-to-day BAU activities to check application access, firewalls, alias, quota setup etc.
  • Responsible for working on assigned JIRA tasks involving updates on CT, servers, setting up new hub/node setups, managing VDIs and many more such tasks.
  • Working with WF/UiPath vendor to overcome technical challenges and building POCs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate the platform with other systems and workflows.
  • Providing insights and reports on the automation processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and maintaining the security of the automation system.
  • Training and supporting end-users in effectively utilizing the platform for their specific needs. List of skills that are commonly required for RPA Platform Support:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Work Fusion tools and understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) principles.
  • Understanding of UiPath Orchestrator, assistant, and platform architecture principles.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based setup, services and challenges.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning concepts, as they relate to process automation.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and workflow design.
  • Knowledge of basic Unix and Linux.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Java or Python could be beneficial.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and optimize automated processes.
  • Capability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Skill in data interpretation and making data-driven decisions.
