### **How you will be Successful**
- Ensure PLATFORM’s quality of service standards are always upheld with clients
- Prepare and send out all bond documentation with adherence to PLATFORM’s Contract Surety service standards
- Support team members in day-to-day operations, including client interactions, and assist in balancing workloads as needed
- Work in partnership with colleagues to prepare comprehensive surety bond submissions & negotiate on behalf of clients for best in class surety Terms & Conditions.
- Support in collecting and organizing client information required for bond requests and analyze documents for surety requirements, risk exposures, and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that timely and accurate servicing needs of our clients.
- Assist in requesting and preparing documentation and account information required for the underwriting process
- Assist in monitoring bond portfolios and prepare necessary status reports for clients/underwriters
- Responsible for following up with clients on invoice collections (receivables) and collaborating with accounting to ensure client billings are up to date
- Maintain consistent communication and cultivate productive relationships with clients and industry partners
- Stay up to date on industry regulations, guidelines and market trends

### **Education, Experience, and Qualifications**
- 2+ years previous Surety Bond experience
- RIBO license is required
- Proficiency with agency management software (EPIC and Erlon)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team orientation with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work proficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of, prioritizing, monitoring, and controlling workflow deadlines, while also demonstrating an attention to detail
