**Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity**:
This role supports the Moneris ServiceNow platform, in the capacities of requirements management, documentation, QA/User testing and support, development support, and stakeholder relations/management functions.

**Location**:You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

**Reporting Relationship**: You will report to the Manager, Technology Platform Design and Management II.

**Your Moneris Career - What you'll do**:

- Demonstrate high level of expertise in analyzing and translate the business requirements into functional requirements.
- Fully proficient in eliciting, analyzing, writing, reviewing, managing and maintaining requirements details, including requirements documents, user stories, and process/workflow diagrams (e.g. Visio).
- An emphasis on providing clear and complete requirements suitable for requester approval (e.g. Review-stage signoff) and for moving to the design/development phase.
- Liaison between technology and business teams to facilitate the development and implementation of ServiceNow changes.
- Supports QA testing activities, provides support to Developers, and provides UAT support to stakeholder groups for assigned work items.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholder groups and act as an advocate for using the ServiceNow platform across business groups.
- May guide and facilitate others toward the best solution for their needs.

- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent related work experience. Minimum 3 years of experience working in a technical support/BSA role supporting the ServiceNow platform.

- Enterprise Technology Infrastructure (Data Centre) asset management
- CMDB
- Contract and Vendor Management
- Service Catalog
- Employee Center/Service Portal
- ServiceNow version currency upgrades
- New Hire/Leave of Absence (LOA) processes
- Information Security

**Nice-to-have...**:

- Familiarity with system integrations is an asset (e.g. Azure, AX Dynamics, SailPoint, etc.).
- Familiarity with the Jira/Atlassian platform is an asset.
