Job Purpose Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Territory Sales Manager will service, train, educate, and sell Mevotech products to current and prospective accounts across Alberta, CA. The role involves promoting the Mevotech brand, product quality, competitive advantages, identifying growth opportunities, conducting training classes, building relationships with decision makers, and regularly visiting customers within the specified territory. Key Duties And Responsibilities Develop and maintain an understanding of the competitive environment, market conditions, and strategic objectives for the territory. Generate leads and maintain long-term relationships with key strategic clients. Educate customers on all Mevotech products to help increase their sales. Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients. Conduct customer and installer training classes, lunch & learns, and webinars. Plan and schedule customer and installer visits, establishing priorities, call, and meeting frequency. Identify and target accounts for increased market penetration and implement business plans to achieve expansion in market share and margin. Support changeovers and warranty requests. Prepare reports on Salesforce. Maintain the highest level of professional conduct, integrity, and credibility. Qualifications, Skills, And Educational Requirements 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, heavy-duty parts, OEM equipment, or automotive aftermarket. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Self-starter with the ability to initiate and execute plans. Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong business partnerships both externally and internally. Proven success in adapting to fast-growing and changing environments. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 60-70% of the time, including overnight travel. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Ability to travel 60-70% of the time within Alberta, CA, including overnight stays. This position is remote, allowing work from home.
