Objective of the mandate :


This internship aims to give the candidate the opportunity to deepen and develop their learning as well as to acquire valuable experience in the field of human resources. Typical days in this mandate will mainly consist of supporting the recruitment process, searching for candidates and conducting interviews, keeping candidate and employee files up to date, writing and updating job descriptions, developing procedures and training documents. and set up activities for employees.


Responsibilities :


Support the employee recruitment process.

Research, identify potential candidates and conduct interviews (telephone, video, and physical if applicable).

Update job descriptions in internal databases and on different platforms.

Maintain employee and candidate files.

Develop HR procedures and policies and write training materials.

Design and coordinate relaxation activities and events for employees.

Participate in various projects related to human resources.


Qualifications :


Be in the 2nd or 3rd year of the 1st cycle of Baccalaureate or in a 2nd cycle program (DESS, Masters) in the following disciplines: human resources, industrial relations, business administration options human resources management.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite.

Good ability to write and communicate in French and English.

Objectif du mandat :

Ce stage vise à donner l’opportunité au candidat d’approfondir et de développer son apprentissage ainsi que d’acquérir une expérience valorisante dans le domaine des ressources humaines. Des journées typiques à ce mandat consisteront principalement à supporter les processus de recrutement, rechercher des candidats et effectuer des entrevues, tenir à jour les dossiers des candidats et employés, rédiger et mettre à jour les fiches des postes, élaborer des procédures et documents de formations et mettre en place les activités pour les employés.

  • Supporter le processus de recrutement des employés.
  • Rechercher, identifier les candidats potentiels et effectuer des entrevues (téléphoniques, vidéos, et physique le cas échéant).
  • Mettre à jour les fiches de postes dans les bases de données internes et sur différentes plateformes.
  • Tenir à jour les dossiers des employés et des candidats.
  • Élaborer les procédures et politiques liées aux RH et rédiger des documents de formations.
  • Concevoir et coordonner des activités et événements de détente pour les employés.
  • Participer à différents projets liés aux ressources humaines.


Qualifications :

  • Être en 2ème ou 3ème année de 1er cycle de Baccalauréat ou dans un programme de 2ème cycle (DESS, Maîtrise) dans les disciplines suivantes : ressources humaines, relations industrielles, administration des affaires options gestion des ressources humaines.
  • Excellent service à la clientèle.
  • Excellente maîtrise de la suite MS Office.
  • Bonne capacité à rédiger et à communiquer en Français et en Anglais.
