Human Resources Administrator

Role: HR Administrator Duration: Expected 12 Month Contract Location: Etobicoke/Airport (Hybrid) Pay Rate: $25/hr. This role supports the day-to-day administration and data entry duties to support the HR Systems team. Key Accountabilities Update and maintain employee changes in the HRIS system. Enter and maintain accurate information, validate data and support with audit. Create and maintain employee electronic and paper files - Scan and upload paper files to employee e-records. Manage the MyHR Inbox, triaging emails and responding to employee questions within 2 business days. Perform general administrative support for the team. Qualifications Post-secondary diploma or degree or a combination of education and relevant experience. Minimum of one years' experience in an HR department. Strong Verbal and written communication skills. Advanced computer skills, particularly with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, & Excel). UKG Experience would be an asset. Key Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook. Ability to maintain strict standards of confidentiality in handling sensitive company and employee information. Working knowledge of standard HR areas including, compensation, benefits, pension and HRIS systems. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute duties. Strong written and verbal communicator with a customer centric approach. Efficient time management skills to organize and manage multiple tasks.
