The successful candidate must be eligible for a full‑time clinical appointment at the rank of Lecturer or Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2026 or earlier. Responsibilities Cover all aspects of breast imaging, including mammography, tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and breast procedures in all modalities. Participate in academic teaching at undergraduate, postgraduate and fellowship levels, including inter‑professional and inter‑disciplinary instruction. Engage in departmental research activities and pursue protected academic time for collaborative and individual research. Contribute to the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre Breast Cancer Centre and the Ontario Breast Screening Program, including high‑volume MRI and MRI‑guided biopsies. Qualifications MD degree or equivalent. Board‑certified or Board‑eligible in Diagnostic Imaging from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, American Board of Radiology, or international equivalent. Eligible for medical licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). Formal fellowship training in Breast Imaging. Experience in teaching and research within breast imaging preferred. Compensation The position provides an estimated income of $300,000 per annum for a full‑time equivalent, with opportunity for increased salary commensurate with experience and academic credentials. Compensation is based on a fee‑for‑service model.
