Your tasks at a glance

  • You present treatment options to prospective patients across different regions through virtual & in-person meetings.
  • You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
  • You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely, and in a timely manner.
  • You enhance patient satisfaction by delivering personalized consultations, building rapport, and facilitating steps of their patient journey.
  • You are proficient in using computer tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel for tasks such as results tracking, reporting, EMR systems for follow-up tasks, and managing patient-related activities.
  • You will be cross-trained as a Surgical Counselor and a Clinical Counselor (in-clinic positions).

A clear view of your assets

  • You have an interest in the medical field and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • You have a broad background in customer service or retention in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, gyms, etc.
  • Your experience as an account manager or sales representative is considered an asset.
  • You have the desire to succeed while helping customers achieve their goals.
  • You are organized, results-oriented, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • You find it easy to connect with others and quickly build trust.
  • Required : You can travel for training to other clinics in the GTA region.
  • Schedule : You have flexible work availability Monday to Saturday (8:30 am-5:00 pm).
