We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. Homepro is a leading pest control provider servicing residential and commercial clients across Ontario. Our Customer Service Specialists play a critical role in delivering value to our clients and ensuring an exceptional client experience. As the Customer Service Specialist, you will build and maintain relationships with our clients and provide ongoing day-to-day account support. You will develop many new skills, receive one-on-one mentorship from our senior customer service representatives and have a significant opportunity for professional growth within the company.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with clients and internal colleagues to manage and resolve client requests
- Manage service requests and route technicians’ schedules
- Use discretion and independent judgment to advise clients and recommend solutions
- Take ownership of client issues and applies critical thinking and problem-solving abilities including process improvements and streamlining of operations
- Support the accounting team with managing invoicing and accounts receivable
**Qualifications**:
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills including listening, articulating and problem solving
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
