We are looking for an Account Manager to solidify our existing team. You will be responsible for driving revenue through relationships with Ubiweb’s existing clients through up-selling and renewals. You will also play a key role in managing customer happiness, and will use these discussions to ensure repeat business.

What your day-to-day looks like

  • Engage with existing customers to upsell, renew and cross sell
  • Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Effectively lead new opportunity through a defined sales process, and track prospect progression to close in Hubspot
  • Lead one-­on-­one screen sharing presentations as required
  • Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management
  • Being a quality ambassador for the entire Ubiweb team.

What you bring to the team

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a solution‐sales / technology‐related environment
  • Excellent telephone manner, experience selling over the phone is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills particularly communication over the telephone, which includes good listening skills as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Passion for people and digital marketing
  • A high level of technical aptitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English* and French (spoken and written);
  • Capability of excelling in a competitive work environment, being energetic and numbers driven.
