Your New Company
A leading pharmacy industry is looking to on-board a Bilingual TA Coordinator on contract basis for 7 month contract role.
Your New Role
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
- Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open
- Partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies
- Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and industrial events to present the company brand and attract new graduates
What you need to succeed:
- A university degree in relevant discipline
- Bilingual - Fluent in both English and French
- 1+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition/coordination
- Good organization and team building skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver exceptional results
- MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Power Point.
