Bilingual Surety Administrator - Toronto

**Accountabilities**:

- Provide administrative support; i.e. (Faxes, assist with Bids & Quotes, Input orders as required)
- Issue ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Act as an overall coordinator with other departments.
- Maintain information databases.
- Manage calendar of events scheduled for assigned team.
- Responsible for incoming mail.
- Manage various reports (Sales, Telephone).
- Manage customer mailings in conjunction with Account Managers.
- Perform other support duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED required.
- A degree in business, finance or related field preferred.
- Working knowledge of the Bank’s products and services required.
- Familiarity of bank regulations and ability understand written manuals and directives.
- Bilingual English/French
