**Job Overview**

The Insurance Administrator provides support through the accurate and timely administration of contract insurance requirements. The Insurance Administrator assists the company in ensuring that the financed equipment has appropriate coverage during the term of the contract. The role requires the ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering quality customer service.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Process external insurance policies, ensuring all coverage requirements are met
- Review insurance expiries/cancellations. Request and update new policies
- Quote, bill and coordinate credits of Insurance Protection Fees where applicable
- Communicate with customers, insurance brokers and other parties to ensure all insurance requirements are met
- Prepare and maintain various administration reports

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Post-secondary education in Business, or experience in an Administration or Customer Service role. Insurance or Financial Services experience considered an asset.
- Solid time management and organizational skills with the proven ability to stay focused, efficient and effective in managing multiple priorities
