Major Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Keep accurate sales records and report on performance.
  • Adapt to changes in global trade regulations and market demands.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in international trade, logistics, freight forwarding, or related sectors.
  • Must be results-oriented and possess the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify new business opportunities, and understand clients' needs.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the capability to close deals effectively.
  • Must be familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and sales strategies.
  • Professional certification in sales, international trade, or a related field.


Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Trade, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.


Other Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is based.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Fluency in a second language is a plus, given the international scope of the role. (French, Spanish, Russian, Turkish)


Compensation: $20/hr + Commission
