**Job Summary**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research, cold-calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and related contract documents to clients.
- Manage sales leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records in CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Maduxx and promote our services.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Respond to inbound sales leads coming from company websites, social media or telephone sales queue.
- Secure upsell, contract continuance and referral opportunities from client accounts including opportunities that extend to related companies.
- Report progress monthly including sales funnel, forecasts, market knowledge and areas for improvement.
- Provide strategy, vision, and continuous improvement to advance our clients’ business and our relationships with them, in the context of sales performance/lead generation.
- Take the ideas and suggestions from leaders, strategists, media experts, finance professionals, and creatives into account when developing lead generation campaigns for our clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Experience working with a sales CRM platform.
- Knowledge and interest in 3D visualization industry and related technologies is an asset.
- Experience working in real estate, architecture, design, or advertising industries is an asset.
- College/University Degree.

Various options are currently available - Part-Time, Full-Time, Contract, Commission only.
