Outside Sales Representative

**About The Role**

As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture productive relationships between our management team and agents. **Duties**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential real estate agents interested in advancing their commission. Utilize various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry publications, to identify and prospect new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective agents. Understand their needs, challenges, and objectives to position Rocket Advance as the preferred solution provider for their requirements.
- Proactively reach out to real estate agents to set up meetings between our management team and them. Coordinate meeting times, locations, and relevant materials to ensure seamless interactions.
- Collaborate with the management team to deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations during meetings with agents. Showcase Rocket Advances value proposition and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
**Salary**: $15.00-$30.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
