The Business Best Practices team within National Bank Financial - Wealth Management comprises passionate experts dedicated to supporting advisors in their growth. Prerequisites :
Hold a bachelor’s degree and have 7-10 years of experience in wealth management.
Have completed the CSC or an equivalent recognized course.
Understand the day-to-day challenges of wealth management advisors.
Be available to travel across Canada.
Demonstrate business coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and influence professionals.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable delivering group presentations.
Ability to build trust-based relationships.
Analytical mindset to assess and adapt coaching strategies.
Skill in communicating clearly and inspirationally.
