As a Practice Lead Cybersecurity Advisors within the Relations with business sectors’ team, your daily mission will be to ensure the leadership and evolution of the Bank's cybersecurity advisor practice by aligning with the advisors’ managers who are decentralized in IT delivery towers. You will develop and evolve the practice to ensure a uniform and quality delivery from cyber advisors across the entire Bank.

Your job:

- Define, evolve and ensure the governance of the practice of cybersecurity advisors who work within IT delivery towers, in collaboration with the other sectors of the CISO group, IT delivery towers and business lines ;
- Formalize and deploy the processes, templates and tools required to enable advisors to be efficient on a daily basis ;
- Develop and present indicators to demonstrate sound practice management ;
- Participate in the strategic planning of the Business Sector Relations Senior Directorate ;
- Ensure the Bank's influence by participating as an expert in several committees or external activities and by acting as a representative to various organizations or stakeholders.

Required skills:

- Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and 5 years of relevant experience;
- At least 5 years' experience in cybersecurity;
- Excellent knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management (cyber/operational risk);
- Good technical knowledge, particularly with regard to cloud computing;
- Ability to communicate and adapt speech to different audiences (executives, technical experts, etc.);
- Ability to mobilize teams in an ever-changing work environment;
- Ability to set strategic directions and plans.
