Cosmetic Physician Partners (CPP) is a leading medical aesthetics platform with over 30 clinics across 19 states. With a proven track record having successfully built and sold a similar platform in the same industry in Canada, CPP launched in 2021 in the US. Since then, CPP has grown to one of the US largest consolidators in the space using a partnership model to bring clinics on board.

We are now seeking a Director of IT to guide our technological endeavors and shape the future of our operations.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a strategic IT roadmap aligned with the company's business strategy.
- Oversee and support IT operations across more than 40 locations, including infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, networks, and system development. (We expect someone who can roll up their sleeves and dig in)
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value delivery.
- Lead IT projects to meet business requirements, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Establish and implement IT policies, standards, practices, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent information processing operations and to safeguard information resources.
- Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain a competitive advantage.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Supervise and develop the IT team, nurturing a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Communicate regularly with executive management and all users of information services and systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and services across multiple locations.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 management and IT strategy, including migration of on-prem infrastructure and servers to cloud-based 365 services
- Strong understanding of IT systems security and network technologies.
- Proficient in project management and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
