Executive Support Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Act as a gatekeeper and manage access to the Managing Directors. Draft and manage communications as needed. Meeting & Event Coordination Organize and facilitate company meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions, including executing on action items where possible. Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including board meetings, team events and client engagements. Project & Task Management Assist in tracking key projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and company goals are on track. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making. Other Admin Support Support other administrative staff and contribute to office efficiency. Any other duties as required Essential Skills: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools. Ability to work independently and handle multiple complex projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
