At Harvard Developments, we value individuals with superior verbal and written communication skills, the ability to manage multiple processes, and advanced skills in MS Word and Excel. Dictation is also a requirement. Responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:

- Managing calendars, organizing meetings, and scheduling appointments.
- Assisting with project coordination and management.
- Preparing and producing reports, charts, and presentations.
- Providing confidential administrative support to senior executives.
- Researching and compiling information on various projects and initiatives.
- Handling incoming correspondence, inquiries, and requests.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and other logístical needs.
- Managing expense reports and budget reconciliation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of five years' experience in administrative assistance.
- Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Innovative thinking and positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
