This position will not only allow you to contribute to customer satisfaction, but also to support sales growth and increase Soucy's visibility. It's a strategic opportunity that makes you a key player in our collective successIn this position, you will have the opportunity to:Provide and send customers quotes and all the information they need to follow up on their projectsManage various refills made to customersSupport and collaborate with the sales team, particularly with the Business Development ManagerAssist and support the product development team in following up on projects with customersFollow up on and manage customer orders and complaintsEnsure that our manufacturing system is updated with new price listsPerform all other related tasks*Please note that this is a permanent position*Is this the perfect job for you?
