Motorsports Customer Service Coordinator

The Coordinator's main mandate is to support the motorsports customer service team. He/she acts as a leader within his/her team and with business partners (internal and external) by responding to their constantly changing needs. During the production launch of new products, he/she acts as a liaison between the engineering and procurement teams to ensure the synchronization of communicated delivery dates. He/she is influential, persuasive, diplomatic and firm in problematic situations.
Here's an overview of your tasks:
- Support the motorsports customer service agents in the daily management of complex customer files
- Advise agents on actions and strategies to be implemented to serve internal and external customers
- Handle delivery issues to meet and exceed customer expectations by ensuring resolution
- Act as the point of contact with the sales and engineering departments and track engineering project release dates versus customer delivery dates (PDP)
- Identify and participate in the implementation of continuous improvement opportunities
- Analyze products with complex components with long lead times and implement workarounds
- Update and monitor key metrics and make necessary adjustments
- Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with the organization's business partners
**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
- College diploma (DEC) in administration, Bachelor's degree an asset
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in customer service in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written
- Good knowledge of customer and supplier order management processes and principles
- Ability to handle multiple files simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Good time and priority management
- Ability to adapt
- Diplomacy, ability to maintain harmonious business relations
- Analytical skills and thoroughness
- High concern for customer service, dynamism
- Good communicator, great ability to influence and persuade
