Key Responsibilities:

The Inbound Lead Specialist will be pivotal in driving Snappy's growth strategy: SDR + AE

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and Engage
    : Connect with potential clients, from individual restaurant owners to mid-market chains.
  • Proactive Outreach
    : Actively seek new sales opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and networking.
  • Cold Calling and Qualification
    : Initiate cold calls to identify qualified leads, gather information on their needs, and gain insights into their buying behaviors.
  • Follow-Up and Nurturing
    : Maintain relationships with existing or inbound leads, developing sales opportunities via calls, email, and social platforms.
  • Lead Management
    : Screen inbound leads from various sources, including the website, email inquiries, and direct phone calls.
  • CRM Maintenance
    : Keep accurate records of new leads and update CRM data regularly.
  • Reporting
    : Provide regular reports to management, recommending improvements for prospecting and growing qualified leads.
  • Quota Achievement
    : Meet monthly quotas for closed business.
  • High-Volume Activity
    : Demonstrated experience in high-volume cold-calling, prospecting, appointment setting, and nurturing sales success.

Product Knowledge:

  • In-Depth Learning
    : Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our restaurant technology platform, pricing, and service packages.
  • Effective Communication
    : Clearly convey the benefits of our services, emphasizing convenience, quality, and efficiency.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Relationship Building
    : Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Service Excellence
    : Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing excellent service.
  • Professionalism
    : Exhibit high professionalism in understanding customer issues and identifying appropriate responses.
  • Technical Skills
    : Use CRM and other tools effectively to manage client information and updates.
  • Target Driven
    : Demonstrated ability to meet targets, respect deadlines, and work under pressure.

Sales Presentations:

  • Preparation and Delivery
    : Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations, highlighting the advantages of our restaurant technology platform.
  • Customization
    : Tailor presentations to different customer segments, showcasing customized solutions.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Contract Agreements
    : Negotiate contract agreements and pricing with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes.
  • Closing Deals
    : Successfully close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Appointment Scheduling:

  • Efficient Coordination
    : Schedule service appointments efficiently, considering client preferences and scheduling constraints.
  • Operational Optimization
    : Ensure that service scheduling is optimized for operational efficiency.

Marketing Collaboration:

  • Strategy Execution
    : Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales and marketing strategies, including promotions, campaigns, and lead generation efforts.
